Hi babes,

I actually just got this dress today and it's already on me! It's so sporty, cool, casual yet chic. Love it to bits. A gorgeous every day wearable dress. And there's a bit wool in it too, so it's warm and extremely soft too. I paired it with my vintage Nike Air sneaks from the 90's and some thick 60 denier tights. The dress is available in a gorgeous plum colour too.

Kept it pretty simple with this outfit at work today. I love our new AW13 collection! Perfect mix of colours (especially the green and minty green ones...) Quite weird; but I can't wait 'till autumn - the windy weather, amazing colours in the forest, hot coco, scarves and hats, snuggling inside... Mmh.

August Wishlist

 

Since having my first glance at Baum Und Pherdgarten's AW13 collection I haven't been able to think about anything else than the two first listed items in my wishlist. They'd be perfect in my autumn wardrobe! The first one is a classic sweatshirt but with a structured pattern. The pencilskirt is high waisted with brocade pattern AND in forest green - win-win! The sweatshirt is listed at DKK 999 and the skirt is at DKK 899.
The two other things are basic beauty essentials. I have a tendency for oily skin sometimes so I've heard that Shiseido's "Oil-Control" tissue paper should do wonders for greasy babies like me. And when I had my very first sniff at CLEAN's perfume "Warm Cotton" I knew we were meant to be.



Wouldn't mind... Outfit

 

Today I wouldn't mind wearing this outfit! I reckon the Karl Lagerfeld sweatshirt would look hella cool with a pair of baggy leather pants, heels and a cap - and since I'm huge both Lions and Pistons fan (maybe I was born in Detroit in an earlier life?) I would never change that logo with another team's logo. Keepin' it simple and feminime yet sporty in one outfit.

Inspiration #1

 

I truly enjoy amazing inspirational photographs - interior/decor, fashion, love, moods, feelings, beauty, landscape/nature - IT ALL! Anything that will make me take a second glance at the photograph. I'm a huge believer in that you can find a 1000 ways to describe a photograph in - or a 1000 words. It all depends on how you define it or which pair of glasses you are wearing when looking at it; artistic, dreamy, fashion-wise, emotionally or something completely different. We all have our very own way of understanding a photograph.

The four I've chosen for my very first inspirational post are four completely different photographs actually. The first two are somewhat inspirational to me on a daily basis. One day at a time and the many layers there are in one person. How many different personalities one person can have.

Third picture; raw imature love in the very best way - the way they don't really understand each other, trying to control each other and being too selfish. Teenage love, what more can I say?

Fourth picture is in a more decor-inspo-mood - I seriously love those lamps and would love to make them myself! Should be quite easy, won't you agree? :-) Lotsa glitter and glam and a pair of IKEA lamps - voíla.

I thought an introduction might be in order when starting this blog. My name is Heléne and I'm 23 years old, currently located in Aarhus but most of my weekends I'm back home in Esbjerg. Some of you might've seen me in blogworld before - I've had various blogs but apparently I kept losing the interest and also time for blogging. But here we go again; new energy, new inspirations, new life, new everything really. So let's start out fresh!

I won't blog on a daily basis but more when I have the time for it and the need to share something. What I most likely will blog about will be fashion, ootd's, fashion inspo, beauty products, reviews, ink... Maybe some other things - you never know what will catch your interest nowadays.
